Sharp Fear

Sharp Fear

Darwin Kostas suffers from aichmophobia, an irrational fear of sharp and pointed objects. If confronted with a knife or a needle, his fear manifests itself as an out-of-control rage. When the son of a ruthless Mafia boss is killed, the father wants revenge. His investigation leads him to Darwin as he believes Darwin is a trained killer.

While Darwin’s phobias cause him great stress, the FBI are hunting him and the Gambino family, violent mobsters associated with Italy’s La Cosa Nostra, want to know who he is working for. Darwin just wants to be left alone with his new wife so they can begin a domestic life—but that’s not possible with so many people wanting him dead.

Meanwhile, the Russian Mafia are eager to take over a large part of the Toronto territory, but Darwin Kostas and his wife, Rosina, stand in their way.

With nothing left to lose, Darwin decides the only way to win this war is to kill as many of them as he can, before they kill him.
